The Simple Abundance Companion

About this book

"In the beginning, Simple Abundance was the workshop, not the word. In this new book, I've culled a year's worth of lessons for us to ponder, mull over, meditate upon, work through, and hopefully process...so we can enjoy the life that's waiting for us."Before Simple Abundance and Something More became New York Times bestsellers helping millions of women discover their authentic selves, author Sarah Ban Breathnach was running workshops that actively guided and inspired others onto the Simple Abundance path. Now Sarah re-creates the heart of these workshops on the page, bringing their essence to women everywhere."Some of these spiritual lessons are ones I've embraced, embodied, and swear by. Others are the ones that try my soul during the day and haunt me during dark nights. I consider them spiritual secrets meant to be shared."In twelve chapters, one for every month, here is a whole year of soulcraft. From gratitude to play, from connecting to the sacred to facing your fears, Sarah provides thoughtful exercises, explorations, excursions, and other creative, pragmatic, hands-on ways to probe your deepest feelings to reveal your authentic self."Consider this workbook a personal tutorial. Just you and me. Maybe add a few of your closest pals. But please, let's think girls-night-out instead of study group as we sift and sort. Gratefully I've finally learned to choose fun over earnestness any day of the week and I'm not going back. How about you?"-- Sarah Ban Breathnach
