Prayers for Teenagers

About this book

The prayers in this book - almost all written by young people - remind us of what real prayer is: open and honest talking with God. The simple and direct language and the clear purpose of the prayers are powerful reminders that when we pray, God wants us to be real - real about ourselves, our family and friends, our hopes, our fears, our faith in him. Life is passionate, particularly when we're young. 'Prayers for Teenagers' aims to help us recognize God in the midst of all our experiences - whether joyful, distressing or challenging - and to build a solid foundation of faith for the future. "Lord, are you really out there? Please listen to me. I'm confused, worried. I don't know what or who to believe. Do you hear me, understand and care for me? Please help me, Lord. Thank you. Amen" Prayers for Teenagers
